| Today I have plans to post a new ad to hire employees on Sunday, April 1st, 2007. The one woman that showed up at the hiring meeting had a good suggestion. She felt that the ad should come out within one week of the interviews for the job so people don’t forget. |
Ok, what happened?
I arrived early at the coffee shop so I could have everything set up before everyone arrived. I had applications and pens as well as my laptop so I could show everyone the new website design. I even brought the bling machines and some of the supplies they would be using at the parties.
Only one person showed up for the hiring meeting. Fortunately the one person that showed up was an excellent candidate for the job. She was so personable it was easy to see that if we could find 10 women like her wanting part time jobs making excellent money we would be in a position to succeed. |
| We continue to receive resumes for bling leaders. Hooray, looking forward to meeting and hiring our new crew. |
Hiring! My Bling Party looked to hire “Bling Leaders” and start training. We posted for hire ads in www.bogaha.com as well as www.craigslist.com. We received 45 replies to the ad asking about becoming bling leaders.
We set the date to meet everyone for March 17, 2007 at 11:30 am at a local coffee shop. |
| My Bling Party domain party name was purchased from www.godaddy.com – we are on our way. So much to research, so many supplies to purchase, let the fun begin. |
